If you want to get technical about things (that's us), you can calculate how many kilocalories per day your baby is getting. At this age, she should be getting 100-120 kcal/kg/day for adequate growth (i.e. 10-30 grams per day). If you're using standard formula/breastmilk, that is 20 kcal/oz....

My husband and i are hoping to try to adopt but are not able to get a loan and do not have have a lot of money to put towards one all at one time. I know there are a lot of grants and resources that you can appy for. Does anyone have any suggestions and advice.
